Her interest in this field began as a Registered Nurse and has experience with working at major medical institutions including UCLA. Her hands-on experience has enabled her to consult on various hiring projects in medical technology, services, and wellbeing. Jacqueline is multi-lingual in Spanish and Russian.

A highly-respected leader with more than 20 years of experience in sports, Doug has built a trusted network of relationships across professional teams, leagues, and college athletic programs. Doug is the founder of Athletes’ Ink, a sports marketing firm that manages strategic communications and branding projects for clients across pro and college sports, including a growing NIL practice. Previously, he worked in the NBA’s Team Marketing & Business Operations department – the league’s unique in-house consulting group that drives best business practices and innovation. For more than a decade he served as executive director of Kobe Bryant’s charitable foundation.
